The Formula
At the heart of Hero Balm is a curated blend of time-proven ingredients, each chosen for its specific role in supporting skin health.
Shea butter delivers rich, conditioning moisture while helping to strengthen and repair the skin barrier. Coconut oil softens and smooths, offering natural antimicrobial support without heaviness. Jojoba oil closely mirrors the skin’s own sebum, helping to regulate hydration and calm reactivity, while sunflower seed oil provides lightweight nourishment rich in essential fatty acids and vitamin E.
Beeswax forms a breathable protective layer, helping to lock in moisture and shield the skin from environmental stress. Vitamin E adds antioxidant protection, supporting both the skin and the integrity of the formulation.
A gentle blend of lavender, Roman chamomile and frankincense essential oils brings a subtle aromatic quality while offering additional calming and restorative support.
Water-free and entirely plant-based, Hero Balm contains no synthetic fragrance, preservatives or unnecessary fillers, just purposeful ingredients working together to soothe, nourish and protect.

“Very pleased with Heior Psoriassist Oil so far. The oil has a beautiful, delicate fragrance and does not irritate my very sensitive psoriasis prone skin, which is a great bonus for me. I applied the oil in the morning and evening, concentrating on one side of my right leg. The oil flattened the psoriasis patches, lessening the dry scales which in turn made them less itchy.
Very happy to see an improvement after 2 weeks, with the centre of the plaques looking visibly lighter, as you can see in the before and after photos. I will be continuing with the oil and hope to see further improvement.
I also used the Hero balm to apply to other itchy spots on my legs, this also had a beautiful fragrance, not overpowering and was very soothing, stopping the dreadful itch.

Hero Balm by Heior — A Game Changer for My Dry, Peeling Skin
After battling a period of illness that caused my mast cells to overreact to almost everything, I developed persistent dry and peeling skin on the back of my heel. I struggled with this condition for 18 months, trying countless lotions, potions, and creams — many of which either did nothing or, worse, made the situation worse. It was incredibly frustrating and affected my confidence, especially since I was self-conscious about wearing sandals but couldn’t bear to wear shoes, as they aggravated the skin reaction.
Then I tried Hero Balm by Heior. I was hopeful but cautious, having been disappointed so many times before. However, after just six weeks of consistent use, I am genuinely amazed at the improvement. My heel’s skin is much healthier, less dry, and the peeling has significantly reduced. I no longer feel self-conscious about exposing my skin, and I finally feel comfortable wearing sandals again.

I love the gorgeous spa like smell and feel of this balm and its been very effective on dry skin. I get very dry hands from washing and being outside and this balm calms and soothes them instantly. It quickly softens my skin and attacks dry patches from the first application. I’ve also used it on my dry heels and on my sons Eczema which has cleared nicely. It’s a staple product for me.
Cons: it looks a shiny on your skin and feels a little greasy but this is only an issue on the hands and it eventually absorbs.

I have been using it on dry patches on my hands but the most impressive improvement yet was my cuticles/nails. I kept getting hangnails which would be so sore and irritated. By the next day after my first use they were no longer bothering me and within a couple more days they had gone completely.

With eczema, it can be hard to find products that don’t make the skin feel like it’s burning upon application- Hero balm solves this! It’s moisturising and you can feel the difference after applying it, which really helps tackle flare ups. I found it’s particularly helpful for high contact areas that get dry very easily (hands, inner arms with clothes), and help provide that extra barrier from irritation. I can’t recommend it enough- it smells fantastic too.
